Convened under the theme of “Advancing Bricks People2People Cooperation for Sustainable Future”, the BRICS Civil Forum 2020 was held in Moscow, Russia from September 23 to 25. As the representative of Chinese ECSOs, ACEF attended the forum remotely and made a keynote speech at the parallel forum entitled “Challenges and Opportunities to Address Climate Change in the face of COVID-19” held on September 25th.
