Since 2018, ACEF has been collaborating with Greenpeace and launched several TAPs（Temporary Activity Program） based on the national environmental policies which covered topics such as reducing disposable plastic pollution, waste-free cities, climate change responses, green new infrastructure, and low-carbon development of digital economy and gained extensive influence. A set of cooperation and management mechanism of TAP for international organizations has also been explored.
